The strongest proof is an operator account page or support message naming the code, referral or offer attached to your account. Check before depositing. If the evidence is unclear, stop and ask the operator.
Five places to check
- Registration summary
Check the final registration screen before submitting the account.
- Promotions or rewards area
Look for the offer name, code, activation status and any expiry.
- Referral or affiliate field
Some operators show the referring code; others only confirm it through support.
- Confirmation email
Keep the original email, but do not assume generic welcome text proves a particular offer.
- Operator support
Ask for written confirmation of the attached code and the terms that apply.
What counts as weak evidence?
| Evidence | What it proves |
|---|---|
| “Code copied” message | Only that your device copied text. |
| Referral link in browser history | That the route was opened, not that attribution completed. |
| Generic welcome email | That an account exists, not necessarily the selected offer. |
| Support confirmation naming the code | Strong account-level evidence from the operator. |
What to ask support
Ask: “Can you confirm which referral or promo code is attached to my account, whether the promotion is active, and which official terms apply?” Do not send passwords, one-time codes, wallet seed phrases or full payment details.
Use verified offer information
Compare the operator reply with the current MainGame Promo Receipt. For platform-specific steps, see Goated or Stake.
